Julie Beauchamp is a young Montreal artist working with varied media and art forms. Her exploration of style and technique has taken her to Mexico, Europe, and the Middle East. This has given her a fuller understanding of the role that art and images play in the communication of social and political ideas. Recently she has begun exploring the art of illustration as a tool - for its effectiveness and ability to communicate specific ideas to a wider public. She continues to search for new artistic expression in all her endeavors.
