I first began doing freelance cartoons and illustrations in 1992, for my local paper (The Daily Californian). Since then, I have published well over a thousand pages of comics, cartoons and drawings in dozens of newspapers, magazines and books in the United States, Canada and Europe. These include: The Funny Times, The San Francisco Bay Guardian, Z Magazine, Adbusters, Car Busters, The Progressive, and The Amicus Journal. I am inspired by reading activist literature including works by E.F. Schumacher, Robert Caro (The Power Broker), Marc Reisner, Ivan Illich and Frances Moore Lappˇ.
